Compression End Series; stainless steel body, ball and stem ball valve. Seats and Stem Seal are glass reinforced P.T.F.E. (Teflon®). Pipe connections are Tube Compression. Temperature Range -50°F to 450°F (-45.5°C to (232.2°C). Valve Body Pressure Rating 1,000 psi C.W.P. (Cold Working Pressure) Maximum Pressure Differential 400 psi – also see Differential Pressure Temperature Chart), Saturated Steam 150 PSI and a vacuum rating of 20 Microns. Valve is operated by Spring-Return (Air to Open / Spring to Close) Pneumatic Actuator which operates on 60-125 psi air supply with an cycle (index) time of 1/2 to 1 second depending on model and load. Temperature Rating -20°F to 350°F (-28.8°C to 176.6°C). Air connection is NAMUR / (2) 1/8” NPT female ports to enable direct NAMUR or remote solenoid valve piloting. Actuator body aluminum with Teflon® impregnated hard anodized surfaces. Hardware 300 Series Stainless Steel. Permanently lubricated – maintenance free. Visual Open / Close indicator.

Valve is operated by 24VDC Electric Actuator with a cycle (index) time of six seconds. Actuator is power on / power off utilizing cam switches to start and stop motor at close / open positions. Actuator controlled by user provided SPDT (Single Pole, Double Throw) switch or device. Temperature Rating 40°F to 150°F (4.4°C to 65.5°C). Duty Cycle 75%, Amps full load 0.5. Electrical connection: (2) Conduit ½” ports. Capacitor run motor with auto reset thermal overload protection. Permanently lubricated – maintenance free gear train. DuPont® FR50 cover with Teflon® coated cast aluminum base. Fold out manual override handle. NEMA 4X Enclosure.
