As President of Gemini Valve, Dan’s role includes staffing the management team with energetic personalities and positive attitudes. He makes sure that the decisions of the executive team are well thought out and in the best long-term interest of Gemini Valve. Dan also listens to the input of all employees to ensure there is a safe, healthy and productive work environment.
Dan enjoys golfing, skiing and boating on Cape Cod in his free time.

Ken leads engineering and manufacturing operations in the design, development and manufacturing of standard and application-specific product solutions. He is involved in the research, planning and implementation of the latest equipment technologies and processes for continued quality and cost improvements. Ken also collaborates with marketing and sales in the development of new innovative products and mentors employees to encourage individual, team and corporate growth.
Ken’s favorite outdoor activities include running, hiking, swimming and biking. He also supports small-scale, sustainable beef production.

Harry leads Sales & Marketing initiatives to best position Gemini Valve products and services to the needs of our true customers. He collaborates with engineering to provide custom product solutions for our OEM and end-user customers. He likes to strategize with team members on ways to continually improve customer satisfaction. Harry is also happy to play any team position in the service or support of our valued customers.
Outside of spending time with Tiki, living in central New Hampshire Harry enjoys the White Mountains, Seacoast, and Lake Winnipesaukee. He also is an avid fitness, and New England sports enthusiast.

George manages the creation of digital marketing mediums to facilitate the best user experience with our products and services. With previous experience in sales he mentors Corporate Customer Support Representatives and is also involved in product sales, support and post-sales follow up.
George loves skiing the New Hampshire White Mountains in the winter, and boating and fishing in the summer. He’s also a guitar player and classic rock enthusiast.

Maddy manages all aspects of our accounting operations, including administration of employee payroll and benefits programs.
Maddy graduated from Dartmouth College, where she ranked among the top women Alpine skiers and traveled frequently with the US Ski Team. She continues to enjoy skiing recreationally and spends winter weekends in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.

Paul is responsible for our company’s Quality Management Program, which ensures our customers receive quality products that are manufactured to our specifications. He provides engineering support to team members regarding manufacturing standards and processes, and oversees incoming inspections of purchased components. Paul also manages and maintains facility improvements and updates.

Seth provides prompt, professional customer service and support. His job activities include helping with product selection, quotes, order processing, order assembly, product testing and post-sale follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Seth also networks with production scheduling teams to facilitate customer order requests and supports his fellow teammates in any role needed.
Seth is a fan of golf, basketball and all Boston sports teams.

After dazzling our customers with prompt, professional customer service Angela has joined our Production Team. Angela is instrumental in scheduling production of components to ensure we meet and or exceed our customers expectations. She networks with production supervisors to support sales order expedite requests and reports directly to our Vice President of Operations.
Angela participates in roller derby and enjoys kayaking and camping.

Billie-Jo is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and maintaining a quality orientated and motivated manufacturing team. Other responsibilities include HR policy, safety administration and real-time production scheduling to meet customer demands.

Brenden brings to the team a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from UMass Lowell with a concentration in design and manufacturing. His primary role is in the design and development of OEM valve and actuator application-specific solutions. Brenden’s knowledge and expertise includes analytical and CAD-based concept design and reliability testing.
Brenden is highly active in all the outdoor sports that New England has to offer.

James works on the design and validation of product improvements to better meet customer applications. He is also involved in reliability testing and product evaluation.

Jessica performs all tasks related to the Accounts Payable department.
Jessica enjoys restoring and cruising around in her collection of antique cars.

Jim works on the continued manufacturing process evaluation and improvements to increase productivity while maintaining or exceeding quality standards. He also provides technical support to CNC Machine Group Leaders and Operators, and monitors the latest industry production technologies for application or implementation within our factory.
Jim enjoys all outdoor activities in the New England area.

Ryan networks with engineering on daily basis for the creation of modeling (3D) components and finished assemblies. He supports manufacturing in the creation of work instructions, bill of materials (BOMs) and related quality documents.
Ryan loves soccer, both as a player and coach for high school students. He also enjoys playing golf.

Tiki joined the team in 2019 and is responsible for making sure everyone stays in shape. She is also the official greeter, and keeps the office staff abreast of any deliveries.
In her spare time she likes to recycle water bottles, and keep the floor clean of debris. Her mom is also our Vice President of Finance.
Goose is responsible for setting up the office obstacle course of toys each morning. She is a hard working and diligent employee, never allowing her boss Tiki a moment of peace.
In her free time, Goose enjoys following her passions which include whatever Tiki’s passions are.
Vital to the success of our company is our factory team. These players ensure that our products are manufactured and tested to specifications based on our quality management procedures and programs.
With his extensive experience, Warren ensures CNCs are producing parts efficiently and to specification. He is responsible for CNC setup and programming and the fabrication of custom components. Warren also provides technical support to co-workers and works with the Production Scheduling team to ensure components are completed when required.

Amanda manages the team in our Actuator Assembly Department. Her responsibilities include ensuring assembly and test procedures are understood and followed to create a quality, reliable and long-lasting actuator. She is also in charge of rescheduling priorities quickly to meet changes in customer demands and supports team members in all aspects of their responsibilities.
With her free time Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dog, and riding horses.

Bruce is in charge of opening the factory each morning and networking with management to update current production schedules. He also provides technical support to co-workers to ensure quality parts are manufactured and delivered on time.

Ben ensures components are produced in an efficient manner while also maintaining quality. He continually evaluates processes to seek out improvements as a means to offer our customers a better value.

From sampling prototypes to fabrication of production components, Todd has extensive machining experience and knowledge to support our engineering and manufacturing team personnel.
Todd enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, kayaking and hiking. He also has a love for man’s best friend (dogs).

Chris has played a number of key positions within the team over the past 40+ years, and currently supports the Valve Assembly team.

Correen is involved in the production of various valve and actuator components. She networks with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments when needed and works to ensure production schedules meet our customers’ delivery needs.
Correen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is a big fan of horses.

Greg leads his team in the operation and production of components and ensures quality procedures are understood and followed. He works with Assembly Department Group Leaders to make adjustments to production schedules to meet changes in customer delivery requirements, and provides technical support to co-workers.

As a CNC Machine Group Leader, John has extensive experience in monitoring the production of parts to our specifications. He provides CNC setup and programming adjustments as needed, and also helps his co-workers with technical support. John closely monitors scheduling to ensure all components are completed when necessary.

Maria is a Mechanical Assembler and is involved in bubble testing valves to ensure all products shipped are 100% leak-tight. She also supports her co-workers as needed to ensure the department meets current customer demands.

Mario’s responsibilities include the calibration of electric actuators to ensure precise 90° open/close indexing. He performs final functional testing and certification and works on the assembly and fabrication of actuators. Mario also supports his co-workers as needed to ensure his department meets current customer demands.

Matt works on the production of actuator components by using gages to monitor that parts are being produced to specifications. His responsibilities also include networking with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments as needed and working with manufacturing to ensure production schedules are met.

Robin uses established procedures and techniques for the assembly and fabrication of valves, and bubble tests valves to ensure all products shipped are 100% leak-tight. Robin also supports co-workers as needed to ensure the department meets current customer demands.
Robin loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys being out in nature.

Ron ensures parts are being produced to specification, including various valve and actuator components. He also ensures production schedules are on track so that our customers’ delivery needs are met.
Ron loves outdoor activities including hiking, mountain climbing, bike riding and even washing his cars.

Tammy works on the production of various valve and actuator components. She utilizes gages to monitor that parts are being produced to specifications and networks with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments to programs as needed. Tammy also works with the manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are met, and works on the welding of valve components for our Service Series.
In her free time, Tammy’s favorite hobby is photography.

Alex is part of the factory team and works on the production of valve components. Alex closely monitors parts to ensure they are made to spec and works with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments to programs when necessary.
Avery is involved in the production of both valve and actuator components. He works closely with Machine Group Leaders to ensure production schedules meet our customers’ delivery needs.
