Gemini’s Performance Automation Series Electric Actuators are the ideal alternative for OEM and End User applications where slow, bulky, unreliable, or short life actuation is problematic. The actuator features a quick cycle (index) speed, ultra-compact NEMA 4X enclosure, and a durable worm drive transmission powered by a 24VDC gear motor. The bearing supported drive train ensures long, reliable performance. Each actuator is precisely calibrated to ensure accurate and repeatable indexing. Our standard model is supplied with an M12 Male 4 Pin Connector. A variety of electrical terminations are also available upon request including optional M12 Female 4 Pin x Strain Connector. Position feedback can be sensed by taking advantage of the second pole of the internal stop/start micro switches.

Double-acting is the most popular as it offers the most compact size and longest service life. Gemini’s unique failsafe double-acting actuator eliminates spring fatigue by operating as a double acting actuator until the spring return failsafe is needed. In the event of a power failure or loss of air pressure, springs are engaged to ensure the valve is returned to the normal position. This innovative design makes spring-return actuators a practical choice in high cycle applications for the first time.
