Manually Actuated
Ball Valves in this series are offered in both brass and 316 stainless steel durable barstock construction in sizes of 1/4” to 1” OD tube. Valves come equipped standard with reinforced PTFE seats, stem seals, stainless steel balls and stems. The compression joint uses the proven twin ferrule design to ensure positive two-point sealing between the tube and fitting.
Advantages
The twin ferrule design ensures positive two-point sealing. Each valve is carefully cleaned, assembled without lubricants and then thoroughly tested to ensure leak-tight performance. This process minimizes contamination of the media and helps to protect delicate system instrumentation. Ball Valves are also 100% bubble-tight tested.

Electrically Actuated
Ideal for automation where no air supply is available for a pneumatically actuated valve, or if slower index time is needed. If there is high velocity/pressure, actuation can minimize or prevent ‘water hammer,’ which occurs if a valve closes quickly at the end of a pipeline system.
Actuator uses voltage to power the valve on/off. Once it reaches full open/close position, internal cam switches turn off motor. Wiring terminal block enables position feedback with motor voltage. An optional set of limit switches are available to connect to voltages other than the motor for position feedback or to power other devices. Fold-out manual override can be used during the power failure. Once power resumes, it returns to original position.
Advantages
Designed for durability and longevity, the cast aluminum base dissipates internal heat through the special thermal conductor that pulls heat from the motor for cooler operation during heavy cycle operations.
Maintenance-free, permanently lubricated drive train and brushless motor in a NEMA 4X sealed enclosure protect again moisture and contamination. All AC motors use auto-resetting thermal overload circuits. Actuators include industry exclusive manual override feature with simple push button fold-out lever handle.

Pneumatically Actuated
Featuring a rack and pinion design for quick on/off operation, a solenoid or related device is required for operation. Air can be piloted by direct mount solenoid valves having NAMUR interfaces or remotely piloted via means of 1/8” NPT female threaded ports in the actuator interface plate.
Two pneumatic styles are offered: Double-acting, which uses air to move pistons in both directions and spring-return, which uses air to move pistons in one direction and springs in the other. Double-acting is the most popular since it offers a compact size and longest service life at the lowest cost. Limit switches are available for all models to remotely denote valve position or to connect with other devices.
Advantages
A special rack and pinion design supports extended service life and precise machining assures 90° rotation without external adjustment. Actuator bodies manufactured from lightweight aluminum with Teflon® impregnated hard anodized surfaces and stainless steel hardware provide excellent corrosion resistance. Actuators are maintenance-free and permanently lubricated with no airline lubrication needed.
