Performance Automation Series; brass body with 316 stainless steel ball and stem ball valve. Seats are glass reinforced P.T.F.E. (Teflon®), Stem Seal Viton® . Pipe connections are NPT (National Pipe Taper) female screwed end. Temperature Range -20°F to 350°F (-28.8°C to 176.6°C). Valve Body Pressure Rating 1,000 psi C.W.P. Valve is operated by a 24VDC electric actuator with a cycle (index) time of approximately 3.5 seconds. The actuator is power-to-open, fail-close: an electronic capacitor backup automatically drives the valve closed on loss of power, with no springs to maintain. Note: upon power-up or restoration of power, the failsafe capacitor requires a minimum of 4 seconds to charge; the fail-close function is not available until charging is complete. Integral cam switches can be used for valve position feedback. Ambient temperature rating: -25°C to +65°C. Duty cycle: 25%. Current draw: 6A typical, 15A maximum. Electrical connection: M12 male 4-pin connector; an optional M12 female 4-pin x strain relief connector is available, and other electrical connections are available — consult factory. Permanently lubricated, maintenance-free gear train. Construction: die-cast aluminum base with zinc/black chromate coating, glass-filled nylon (PA66) cover, and 300 series stainless steel output shaft and mounting hardware.
