As President of Gemini Valve, Dan’s role includes staffing the management team with energetic personalities and positive attitudes. He makes sure that the decisions of the executive team are well thought out and in the best long-term interest of Gemini Valve. Dan also listens to the input of all employees to ensure there is a safe, healthy and productive work environment.
Dan enjoys golfing, skiing and boating on Cape Cod in his free time.

As the head of engineering and manufacturing operations, Ken orchestrates the design and production of our standard and custom product solutions. He is key to Gemini Valve’s success—and one of the top minds in the industry when it comes to actuated ball valves and automated manufacturing processes. Beyond his technical and manufacturing expertise, he collaborates seamlessly with sales and marketing on new product innovation and actively mentors the next generation of talent to ensure sustained corporate and individual growth.
In his “free” time, Ken owns and operates a small-scale cattle farm dedicated to sustainable beef production. He also enjoys running, hiking, swimming, and biking.

George drives our digital footprint, designing marketing experiences that make interacting with our products effortless. A sales veteran at heart, he coaches our corporate support talent and stays directly embedded in sales strategy, customer support, and long-term client success.
George loves skiing the New Hampshire White Mountains in the winter, and boating and fishing in the summer. He’s also a guitar player and classic rock enthusiast.

Maddy orchestrates the entirety of our financial and accounting operations, overseeing strategic asset management, employee payroll systems, and comprehensive benefits programs. Maddy serves as a cornerstone of our executive operations, bringing an extraordinary standard of precision and detail to our internal infrastructure.
Maddy graduated from Dartmouth College, where she ranked among the top women Alpine skiers and traveled frequently with the US Ski Team. She continues to enjoy skiing recreationally and spends winter weekends in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.

With a career spanning 41 years at Gemini Valve, Harry has been a cornerstone of our growth and market positioning. His deep technical mastery and commitment to customer success have shaped our reputation in the industry. More importantly, Harry has mentored our sales team to ensure our core values endure. While Harry is eyeing a well-deserved retirement in the near future, his influence remains a permanent fixture of our daily operations.

With expertise in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and embedded firmware systems, Brendan leads cross-functional engineering efforts focused on product performance, system integration, and technical problem solving throughout the product lifecycle. His responsibilities include developing customer focused and custom engineered solutions, guiding design improvements, supporting manufacturing, and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products and technical solutions.
Brendan is also a father of 3, and is still chasing his lifelong dream of making the NHL.

If you’ve partnered with Gemini Valve, you probably already know Seth. After joining our sales team in 2018, he’s quickly become our go-to strategist for OEM partnerships and new business development. As Director of Sales, Seth leads an internal team built on rapid responsiveness and genuine customer satisfaction—ensuring no question goes unanswered and no project stalls. He treats client success as the ultimate metric.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and relaxing at the beach.

Ryan manages a high-performing production team, fostering a collaborative environment built on a teamwork mentality. He plays a vital role in ensuring our rigorous quality standards are met on every product we manufacture.
Outside of Gemini, Ryan enjoys a diverse range of hobbies, including woodworking, piano, landscaping, puppetry, songwriting, and cooking—though as a new father, he may soon have to narrow that list down a bit.

James focuses on innovation and continuous improvement, designing new products and refining our existing line of valves and actuators. He also spearheads engineering compliance and serves as our point person for data management, overseeing information systems and product revisions.
James is also an avid snowboarder and enjoys spending time in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.

Angela orchestrates our daily operations by managing machine schedules and optimizing the flow of parts to the assembly departments. Her precise coordination ensures that our production lines remain seamless, efficient, and on track to meet demand.
Outside of Gemini, Angela loves to hit the trails for a good hike, but she balances that peaceful outdoor time with the high-octane world of competitive roller derby.

Billie-Jo is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and maintaining a quality orientated and motivated manufacturing team. Other responsibilities include HR policy, safety administration and real-time production scheduling to meet customer demands.

Paul is responsible for our company’s Quality Management Program, which ensures our customers receive quality products that are manufactured to our specifications. He provides engineering support to team members regarding manufacturing standards and processes, and oversees incoming inspections of purchased components. Paul also manages and maintains facility improvements and updates.

Robert is our team’s go-to player for order placement, expediting, RFQs, product information, technical support, and just about anything else Gemini Valve related. He works directly with our Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, and Engineering players to enable prompt, professional service. Robert seeks to proactively ensure customer satisfaction and takes pride in his position and being part of the team.
In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and theater.
James manages the front end of our client operations, overseeing quoting, order processing, and day-to-day customer service. His attention to detail ensures a seamless transition from initial inquiry to final delivery, providing our customers with a reliable and efficient experience.
Outside of Gemini, James is an avid reader and movie enthusiast who also enjoys heading out to the trails for a good hike.

Tiki & Goose co-anchor our Office Security Division, commanding a flawless, zero-incident track record that remains the envy of the industry. Both take their operational duties with absolute, unwavering seriousness. In fact, Goose recently initiated a full-scale tactical maneuver against a suspected high-profile intruder—though subsequent investigation revealed it was just the mailman.
Security is a full time job, but in her free time Tiki enjoys chewing bones, sleeping, and treats. Surprisingly, Goose has almost exactly the same interests.
Vital to the success of our company is our factory team. These players ensure that our products are manufactured and tested to specifications based on our quality management procedures and programs.
With his extensive experience, Warren ensures CNCs are producing parts efficiently and to specification. He is responsible for CNC setup and programming and the fabrication of custom components. Warren also provides technical support to co-workers and works with the Production Scheduling team to ensure components are completed when required.

Amanda manages the team in our Actuator Assembly Department. Her responsibilities include ensuring assembly and test procedures are understood and followed to create a quality, reliable and long-lasting actuator. She is also in charge of rescheduling priorities quickly to meet changes in customer demands and supports team members in all aspects of their responsibilities.
With her free time Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dog, and riding horses.

Bruce is in charge of opening the factory each morning and networking with management to update current production schedules. He also provides technical support to co-workers to ensure quality parts are manufactured and delivered on time.

Ben ensures components are produced in an efficient manner while also maintaining quality. He continually evaluates processes to seek out improvements as a means to offer our customers a better value.

From sampling prototypes to fabrication of production components, Todd has extensive machining experience and knowledge to support our engineering and manufacturing team personnel.
Todd enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, kayaking and hiking. He also has a love for man’s best friend (dogs).

Correen is involved in the production of various valve and actuator components. She networks with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments when needed and works to ensure production schedules meet our customers’ delivery needs.
Correen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is a big fan of horses.

As a CNC Machine Group Leader, John has extensive experience in monitoring the production of parts to our specifications. He provides CNC setup and programming adjustments as needed, and also helps his co-workers with technical support. John closely monitors scheduling to ensure all components are completed when necessary.

Maria is a Mechanical Assembler and is involved in bubble testing valves to ensure all products shipped are 100% leak-tight. She also supports her co-workers as needed to ensure the department meets current customer demands.

Matt works on the production of actuator components by using gages to monitor that parts are being produced to specifications. His responsibilities also include networking with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments as needed and working with manufacturing to ensure production schedules are met.

Robin uses established procedures and techniques for the assembly and fabrication of valves, and bubble tests valves to ensure all products shipped are 100% leak-tight. Robin also supports co-workers as needed to ensure the department meets current customer demands.
Robin loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys being out in nature.

Ron ensures parts are being produced to specification, including various valve and actuator components. He also ensures production schedules are on track so that our customers’ delivery needs are met.
Ron loves outdoor activities including hiking, mountain climbing, bike riding and even washing his cars.

Tammy works on the production of various valve and actuator components. She utilizes gages to monitor that parts are being produced to specifications and networks with Machine Group Leaders to make adjustments to programs as needed. Tammy also works with the manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are met, and works on the welding of valve components for our Service Series.
In her free time, Tammy’s favorite hobby is photography.
