Ball Valves Overview

Gemini Valve proudly offers the following lines of ball valves for use in a variety of manual or automated on/off fluid handling applications. All our valve series have been designed for compact automation and feature precise, rigid mounting to our pneumatic or electric actuator models.

One-piece and two-piece bar stock body style valves offering broad applicability. Easily adaptable to pneumatic or electric automation.

Connections:

  ¼ thru 2" threaded NPTF, BSPT, JIS

Materials:

  Brass, Carbon, Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 & Monel

Pressure:

  720 psi CWP

Two-piece compression end style valve for instrumentation applications or simply the convenience associated with compression style tubing installations.

Connections:

  ¼" thru 1" O.D. tubing, double ferule compression fitting

Materials:

  Brass and Stainless Steel

Pressure:

  1000 psi CWP

A Three-piece body style valve offering the convenience of in-line maintenance as well as a wide range of connection options.

Connections:

  ¼ thru 2" pipe, NPTF, BSPT, JIS, Socket-weld, Butt-weld ¼ thru 2" tube, double ferule compression or tube socket weld

  Stainless Steel

Pressure:

  1000 psi CWP

A three-way diverter or selector valve used in connecting multi-path piping systems.

Connections:

  ½ and ¾ pipe, NPTF, BSPT, JIS

  Carbon and Stainless Steel

A wafer style, full port line of valves for use in 150# or 300# flanged piping systems.

Connections:

  2" and 3" pipe, adaptable to all standard flange connections
