Our lines of pneumatic and electric valve automation have been designed to rigidly and precisely couple to our valves to ensure dependable, long lasting operation. Gemini offers an assortment of manual operators for most valve series to accommodate different working envelopes and user preferences.
The Gemini Latching-Lockable handle for 76, 86 & 96 Series ball valves provides a lever handle that prevents accidental opening or closing by latching in both postions and providing Lock-out/Tag-out capability.
The A500 series pneumatic actuators are the latest in compact rack and pinion valve automation from Gemini Valve. The A500 features 50 psi operation on all models and sizes and includes many industry standards features such as NAMUR interfaces and ISO mounting options.
The 600 series electric actuators feature a compact, direct mount design that includes a machined die cast aluminum base and a precision machined mounting bracket for superb alignment between the valve and actuator. The 600 series also features a durable, effective manual override on all models that provides for easy operation even on larger valves.
The B400 Series actuators are Gemini's legacy line of compact pneumatic automation. The original industry proven 400 series featured the first patented direct mount style rack and pinion actuator in the industry. Today's B400 series improves upon the durability and longevity of the 400 series by incorporating a more precise yet simpler direct mount design.
The 2" and 3" 98 series require the high output torque of the SSA92 electric actuator or the SSD79 pneumatic actuator for automation. The 98 series may also be fitted with a detachable lever handle when manual operation is desired.
