Gemini Valve designs and manufactures motorized ball valves, pneumatic ball valves and manually operated ball valves in three valve series. The 76 Series, being a single piece bar stock body design, is the simplest and most economical series to produce. These valves have a compact, single piece body and a reduced port suitable for many applications where flow is not critical. Where maximum flow is a consideration we offer the 86 Series standard port and 96 Series full port models.

An electric ball valve uses power to open and close (cycle) the valve. The 600 Series has a 6 second cycle time. The 615 model features a 100% duty cycle and the 630 a 75% duty cycle. In the event of a power failure a simple push button manual override with exclusive fold-out lever handle provides for easy manual operation. Gemini motorized ball valves are available in voltages of 24, 120 and 240VAC and 12 & 24 VDC. (120VAC is standard).

A pneumatically actuated ball valve offers a relatively fast cycle time, approximately one-half to one second depending of actuator model / type. Gemini pneumatic ball valves are designed to operate using an air supply of 50 - 125 psi. The air can be delivered by direct mounted solenoid valves having a NAMUR interface or from remote solenoid valves connected via means of 1/8" NPT female threaded orifices in the actuator. Gemini Valve 3 GP Series 3-way & 4GP Series 4-way solenoid operated pilot valves are available for A500 Series pneumatic actuators.
